MLDC telecon, October 9, 2009

  • Ed, Antoine, Stas, Alberto, Neil, Michele, John.
  • Antoine on MLDC4 datasets:
    • Gap at HF with both simulators.
    • Problem with low-frequency SL stochastic. Very different from 3.5, looks like lots of white-noise leakage.
    • Missing SMBH at low frequency? Need to look at single-TDI datasets.
  • Michele (MLDC4), Matt + Neil (binaries), Emma + Stas (stochastic), Antoine (SMBH), Ilya (EMRIs), Ed (bursts)...
    • Will provide skeleton.
  • We’re at less than 9 months off to the prospective deadline now.
    • Could present status reports at LISA Symposium, wait for GWDAW for deadline.
    • People would need time to do development.
  • 1C, need file locations to John.
  • Telecon next week, Fri 8am, think about moving to Thu 8am.
