About the MLDC3 pipeline, Michele has fixed several bugs, and introduced a new logging mechanism in the main pipeline that sets up separate log and err files for every task. He is also switching several scripts to lisaxml2, which handles memory better, but has some teething problems.
Stas: need to verify new SMBH paper provided by Neil’s group; will also try to reinstate backward compatibility for old paper, with a parameter switch.
Antoine: lisacode seems in good shape, will check whether the mergeXML.py changes affect it.
As for lisasim, only Neil can change it to run at high frequencies and with partial time axes. If we’re ready soon with synthlisa/lisacode, we should set a deadline, and release at least the frequency-fluctuation datasets by then. lisasim can follow later.
