Modifying LISA Simulator for short Cosmic-String datasets. Lisasim originally set up to have single mission definition, not natural to change it to shorter snippet

Will recompile for each shorter snippet; need scripting segment of lisatools to arrange for new header, recompile

Compilation script will take parameters for start time and duration
